Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping

We currently ship Australia-wide using Australia Post.

Estimated delivery times:

• NSW: 1–3 business days
• VIC, QLD, ACT: 2–5 business days
• SA, WA, TAS, NT: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on Australia Post and seasonal demand.

Tracking

All orders include tracking. Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

Packaging

We take great care in packaging all products to ensure they arrive safely.

• Booster boxes are securely wrapped and protected.
• PSA graded cards are packaged with additional protection.
• Collectibles are carefully packed to minimize movement during transit.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.

Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once an order has been handed to Australia Post, delivery times are outside of our control. If your shipment is delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will assist with lodging an inquiry.
