Are your products authentic?
Yes. All products sold by Aika Pika TCG are sourced from trusted suppliers and are guaranteed authentic.
Where are you located?
We are based in Sydney, Australia, and ship Australia-wide.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Estimated delivery times:
• NSW: 1–3 business days
• VIC, QLD, ACT: 2–5 business days
• SA, WA, TAS, NT: 3–7 business days
Do you provide tracking?
Yes. All orders include tracking information which will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Do you offer free shipping?
Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time. Any applicable offers will be displayed on our website.
Are PSA graded cards authentic?
Yes. All PSA graded cards are authenticated and graded by PSA (Professional Sports Authenticator). Certification numbers may be verified through PSA’s online database.
Will I receive the exact PSA card shown?
Unless otherwise stated, the item shown in the product photos is the exact item you will receive.
Do you accept returns or refunds?
Due to the collectible nature of trading card products, all sales are generally final.
We do not accept returns for change of mind, buyer remorse, market price fluctuations, opened products, or products that have been tampered with.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We will review the issue and work towards a fair resolution.
Do expensive orders require a signature?
Orders valued at AUD $500 or more may require Signature on Delivery to help protect both customers and Aika Pika TCG against lost or misdelivered parcels.
Do you buy collections or trade cards?
