Refund & Returns Policy

At Aika Pika TCG, we specialize in collectible trading card products, including sealed booster boxes, graded cards, and limited-edition collectibles. Due to the nature of these products, all sales are considered final.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

• Change of mind purchases
• Buyer remorse
• Price fluctuations in the trading card market
• Opened, tampered with, or altered products
• Products removed from their original packaging
• Graded cards once delivered and accepted by the customer

Authenticity Guarantee

All products sold by Aika Pika TCG are sourced from trusted suppliers and are guaranteed to be authentic unless otherwise stated.

For graded cards, certification details and product photos are provided where applicable. Customers are encouraged to review all photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Fraud Prevention

To protect both our customers and our business from fraudulent activity, card swapping, resealing, product tampering, and other forms of abuse, we maintain a strict no-return policy on trading cards, graded cards, and sealed products.

Aika Pika TCG reserves the right to refuse any return, refund, or exchange request where product authenticity, condition, or chain of custody cannot be verified.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect item or your order arrives significantly damaged during transit, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

• Your order number
• Clear photographs of the item received
• Photographs of the packaging and shipping label

Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.

Shipping Delays

Once an order has been dispatched and accepted by the shipping carrier, Aika Pika TCG is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather events, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

Aika Pika TCG’s maximum liability for any approved claim shall not exceed the original purchase price paid for the item.
